Collect

Collects the available log files from both Engine and Client and saves them as a ZIP archive. Users can send this ZIP file to the support team for debug purposes. Refer 'Debug Logging' section on how to enable debug logging.

Debug Logging

Debug Logging allows for a more in depth view of the underlying internal workings of Xalt | Integration. This should only be used for debugging purposes due to the potential of slower processing.

To enable debug logging, open the file located at this path, "C:\Program Files\Hexagon\EdgeFrontier\Engine\EdgeFrontierConsole.exe.config" in a text editor (E.g. Notepad ++). Locate the property named "TraceLevel" and change the value from "Off" to "Debug".

An engine restart is required for this change to be applied.

To disable debug logging, change the value of the "TraceLevel" property to "Off".
